Low tensile

Cutting low tensile steel solids

Low tensile solid steel are types of steelwith a tensile strength 400 - 750 N/mm² and a carbon content below 0.60%.

Provide proper lubrication and chip evacuation for further enhance performance, reducing heat buildup, ensuring a smooth cutting process and higher blade life.

COMMON APPLICATIONS FOR LOW TENSILE SOLID STEEL

Low tensile steel is often used in applications where strength is not a critical factor. Typical applications are bars and billets, cast iron, steel tracks, and construction sections like universal beams.

DISCOVER TCT SAW BLADES TO CUT SOLIDS OR BARS

KINKELDER offers several TCT KINS' RED saw blades for cutting low tensile steel solids or bars. For high performance applications on high performance cutting machines, KINS’ RED LT Performance saw blades are advised. For less demanding applications and optimal cost per cut, the KINS’ RED LT saw blade is a good choice. KINS’ YELLOW segmental saw blades are used for ferro and non-ferro heavy cutting applications for bars and billets with the advantage of being able to resharpen and repair.
